How to display several social media "follow" icons at the front page?

    Some theme demos have social media “follow” icons on their front pages. Others don’t. If I pick one that doesn’t (because of other good features), can I still add that option? How? I really want to have several “follow” options displayed at the top regardless of what page is being open. It would be great to have, say, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and E-mail.

    Front page “follow” icons have become standard by now. I wonder if WordPress has this feature /widget easily available like their Share/Publicize option.
