How to display Sub Menu items in Footer?
-
I currently have my menu displayed in the footer. However, only the Parent Menus are displayed – is there a way for the sub menu items to appear as a link beneath them?

Hi Olivia,
Have a look here and see if some of this information on custom menus helps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/
If not, can you provide a link to the site in question so we can take a look?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately there is no information in that link that will help for this particular problem. Here is the site: http://www.apas.website/
Footer menu is set to the same menu as the header menu. I would like for the sub menu items to appear in the footer.

Thanks for the info! That website isn’t hosted by WordPress.com, and thus uses the WordPress.org platform, which works a bit differently than hosting here. See here for more details on the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The best place to receive assistance for this is on the WordPress.org support forums, specifically this subforum for themes. There the volunteers will be using the same platform and possibly the same theme and can offer additional advice on how to get the solution you’re looking for. Your theme may not support submenus in footer widgets, but they can likely be added via plugins or altering some of the code. For support with that you will need to post the forum I linked above.
Hope this helps!
