How to display the comment message summary in the widgets?

  I added the “RECENT COMMENTS” widget in my blog, but it displays the Author Name(the one who comment) and the Title of the Blog.

  What I want is to display the Author Name and the message summary (same as “more tag”) in the “RECENT COMMENT” widget.

  Can you help me on this?

  The recent comments widget does not have an option to display messages. These are the only options available:
  Number of comments to show: (at most 15)
  Avatar Size (px):
  Avatar background color:
  Text background color:

  The P2 theme will show a comment summary when you hover over the title of the post. I don’t know of other themes which do that. Perhaps someone else has a definitive answer.

  I tried P2 theme but still it displays the author and the title of the blog.

  The only way I could think of to do this is to subscribe to the comments on your blog and get that feed in an RSS widget.
