How to display thumbnails and pictures of 8 1/2 x 11 pages.

  Hi,

  I want to display in a gallery a bunch of band arrangements that I’ve done. I have jpg images of them of the correct size, but the WordPress gallery feature crops them top and bottom to fit its rectangle format, so that all the titles are missing. Changing the thumbnail size in Settings doesn’t seem to have any effect. The images are OK if I open them from the gallery. Any ideas? Maybe I’ll just include them in regular WP pages.

  This forum is for blogs/sites hosted in WordPress.com.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
