How to dissolve / end a blog?

How do you dissolve a blog you’ve begun and start completely over? I never kept up with mine and I just want it “gone” and now I have ideas and I will start COMPLETELY fresh.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Depends if you want to keep the name/URL or not. If not, just go to Dashboard->Settings->Reading and set the whole thing to Private.
If yes, go to Dashboard->Posts and delete all your posts. Do the same with pages. Then just start blogging again.

You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.
