How to do a group invite? And other questions

  I have many students I want to invite to subscribe to our blog. In fact, I’d like to sign them up for the blog as participation will be a requirement for the classes. These students are NOT computer literate.

  Is there a way I can send invitation or information via email or must I do it one-by-one?

  You can use any theme for your blog, but P-2 is popular for groups. But using a “regular” theme is also not difficult. Personally I find P-2 confusing, partly because you can’t use categories—because categories can have hierarchy and tags cannot, it’s easier to organize topics and sub-topics.

  Thanks so much. I guess the answer is: No, you cannot do a group invitation a la yahoo or other services.

  I don’t have a clue what P-2 is.

  Yes the answer is “no” there is no invitation system like you suggest. P 2 is the name of a theme found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
