how to do a "headline"

Instead of showing the first “x” number of words in a post, is there a way to create a headline that tells the reader the essence of the post?

Create a post tile that clearly states exactly what content is contained in the Posts. Targeted Blog Post Titles Draw Traffic > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/07/04/targeted-blog-titles-draw-traffic/

The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
“save changes”
That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. -
A headline and a blog post title are the same thing. If that’s not what you want, write a descriptive first sentence, do a hard Enter, and then put the More tag after it.
