How to do backup?

  I am switching my wordpress blog (which I use as a website now–www.maureenink.net or maureenink.wordpress.com) to hosting with GoDaddy. They said I need to back everything up first. I need instructions on how to do backup of my site, please.

  To backup your blog here, you can export it from Tools -> Export.
