How to do exactly the same home as Apostrophe 2

Hello there,
I have been looking for days now and impossible to figure that out.
I want to do exactly the same home page as Apostrophe 2 regarding the article available.
I have many problems.
I created two categories with articles inside.
I also created a home page and I want the article of those two categories to be displayed in the home page exactly the same way apostrophe 2 did;

From another thread of yours:
I create a home page and then i created two link on the menu as a category I featured the article and nothin g is shown on my home page no article at all.
For this theme, you’ll just want to be sure to set the site’s front page to Posts. Then just be sure you have a handful of posts published and featured.

My problem is more tricky than that;
First I want to have the home menu with the featured displayed. I’m able to do it but my category link dissapear. If I want to keep my category Link, my home menu disappear;
Then I have the featured post but I have them two time one time from featured and one time form I don’t know where.

Ok I got it for featured and not featured.
But how can I have home menu with the post on this page + my category menu ?
While I choose home as main page, I have to choose a page to display but can I not display my the content inside the category link ?

I don’t fully understand what you want to display on your menu or what you mean by category menu/link.

My problem is the following.I have a menu with one page + two category menu.
In this case I don’t know how to add a home menu with the element inside the two category menu (the posts)
I mean right now I have a home in root (“/”) but when I try to display it by clicking tis radio button : Ajouter automatiquement les pages de premier niveau à ce menu (Automatically add top-level pages to this menu). It work I have the Home menu with element inside category links, but category link dissapear from the menu).

Hmm, I may be misunderstanding too, but were you able to resolve the issue?

No yet, in the home page I don’t have the post of the category menu

If I can ask, what category links are missing from your menu? This is what I see now on your site homepage:
Expatriation and Entrepreneuriat are the only two categories you have on your site at this time. There would not be a third category unless you first create one. Can you clarify what you are expecting to see here? The menu on the demo site and your site seem similar to me, but I’m hoping you can tell us where we need to be looking here so we can see the thing you are trying to set up. Thanks for the additional info!

I want to have all the article that I can found in the category menu in the home section.
Right now the home page is empty I have nothing there.
I want to have the same home menu as the apostrophe demo theme. -
Right now, you have your homepage configured to display all your latest posts. This is exactly how the theme demo is set up.
Are you looking at displaying only some specific posts on your homepage?

Are you sure you have your Home page set to show your latest posts rather than simply being a static page?

Hi there,
Ah, I see. So, the current menu item leads to the home page that was created before you made your post page your home page. So, it’s a “home” page in name only now as it is no longer your actual front page.
Since you are using your post page as your home page, you will no longer need to link to it. I would go to Appearance > Menus and delete the Home Page menu link. If you want a Home menu item to link back to your front page, you can create a custom link menu that directs the menu link back to your post page.

Just on the menu, remove that Home item, then add a Custom Link titled “Home” with the URL as https://dinexpat.wordpress.com/
