  WP does not have multilingual feature. there are other workarounds though that you can do.

  also remember, that these days, if people are using popular browsers such as Google Chrome, if their web browser is set up for their native language, example Spanish, and your site is only in English, the web page will do a google translation format for them. Yes, it is not 100% a literal translation, but that feature is getting better all the time.
