how to do the technical postings?

  Hello,
  From the outset my blog, which I’m the author of was set up by an associate of mine who was already familiar with the interface. I have not learned the procedures for posting of content yet and have been having local college students assisting for the actual posting duties. When I go to the site I don’t see any explanations of actually how to accomplish the postings whether they be copy, audio clips or video. Do you have a tutorial which clarifies the various aspects of the technical postings?
