How to do WooCommerce Shop Managers can view orders on their specific customer?

    We have a clothing, woocommerce online shop with 2 shop managers.

    Manager 1 and Manager 2

    Manager 1 can view all orders as usual

    But manager 2 can view/manage orders, from specific customer’s only, and can’t access or see the rest.

    Maybe there is a plugin based on role capabilites or Any suggestions? Thanks
