How to downgrade from a Premium to a personal

Hi, in July I am supposed to be billed for the premium plan but as I am not really using my site as much as I was before I would like to drop it down to the personal plan. Is there a way for me to do this?

As a paid Customer you get Priority Support you can log into your Dashboard Plan–>My Plan
You will find the Support option.
To your question, yes you can do that comfortably as well.

There’s still two months left on your Premium Plan, so if you want I can disable automatic renewal on your upgrade, and then you can contact us closer to the expiration date in August via live chat and we can sort everything out then.
Or I can replace your Premium Plan with a Personal Plan right now, keeping the original expiration date, and then you can renew the Personal Plan before it expires in August, and the domain will renew with it.
Which one do you prefer?

Hi, I bought a business plan and I’m not using it half as much as I thought I would.
I think a premium or personal one would suit me better… I feel like I’ve wasted money buying the business version. I assume there is no way of a refund? I would prefer to have a cheaper and more simple site with no blog. How can I take my version down a notch or two?
