How to downgrade my space upgrade from 25MB to 10MB? Due in 5 days…

  Hello, I’m due to renew my space upgrade in 5 days, but I’d like to renew at a 10GB upgrade for $20 instead of 25GB for $50. How do I do that? I’m currently using 8GB of space and I don’t want to lose any content. Thank you! Mary

  Hi there,

  There is no way for you to make that change, but I was able to do it for you. I went ahead and switched out the 10Gb package for the 25Gb one. It is still up for renewal in the next few days, so you will need to make sure you renew it, but it will be for the cheaper price!
