How to download complete content and then upload it

  Hi,
  How can I export/download the complete content of my wordpress website and then upload it to a newly installed wordpress website on another url address?

  Is it possible to make this through the Admin panel or has to be through FTP? And how exactly?

  Then, how to import/upload the complete content? So I can be able to see the exactly same website, but on my new url address.

  Not really sure which sections would apply to you but I hope it helps. :)

  Please note that themes and widgets cannot be exported and imported.

  Also what is the URL of the site you refer to?
  We cannot provide an accurate answer to your question if we do not know exactly where the blog you want to export from is and exactly where the blog you want to import into are hosted.

  nerdynurse, your link is not about complete export/download.

  timethief, I downloaded the same theme and uploaded it onto the new host. Then exported what could be exported from “Tools -> Export”. And imported that to the new page.

  For the widgets – I have no idea what to do.
  For images, files etc. – shall I copy the folder “wp-content” and upload it onto the new host?

  The widgets provided in your WordPress.ORG install will not include any of the WordPress.COM “in-house” widgets. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
