how to download theme thesis

  I just purchased the theme “thesis” and cannot figure out from the sites directions how to upload it to my wordpress dashboard themes section like the directions say to. do i need to purchase the css upgrade to be able to do this.

  In a wp.COM blog you can only use one of the themes available under Appearance > Themes. The CSS upgrade allows you to modify the appearance of those themes, not upload additional ones.
