how to earn money from my blog?? And, what to "add " in a link on my blog??

  Hello guys, i’m new to wordpress.com..very recently, i created my “1st blog” n i’m not getting money from my blog, y?? There is “No option” in the “dashboard” stating as “my earnings”?? . I simply started to blog for “online income purpose” as i’m starting to “earn income”..What to and how to add links to my blog?? Plz reply in detail n help me..

  No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only blogs that can be equipped for ecommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

  The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
