How to edit appearance and make the changes show up when site is visited later
-
OK, this site isn’t working as it appears it should. Attempting to set up a home page, I have a title that is centered over an image selected from my own library. when I visit the site later, I find that the title is hard to the left margin, and the 2nd word is truncated. Looks terrible. Also my first text post was accompanied by many lines of code preceding the text portion. Altho I edited the code out of the post, it re-appears when I visit the site. What gives?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I did some testing on the Zoren theme and indeed, if you put a long word in the title, the header will unfortunately split the word. You might consider another theme; all 220 are at http://theme.wordpress.com/
cheers!

The code is almost certainly because you copy/pasted from MSWord. Never do that; this is why. If you want to compose offline, use Windows Live Writer, which is free and works similarly but is web-compliant and thus won’t add all of that code to your blog.

raincoaster, thanks. You got it right, I had pasted from MSWord. Seems there are some idiosynchecies to this business of blogging, and I’m just beginning. Appreciate your help.
