How to edit automatically generated page

I didn’t create our church’s website, but I’m trying to help them update the information on it. There is a block that appears on two pages that I can’t edit because it says the page is generated automatically, but I can for the life of me figure out where the content is coming from. I’ve listed the pages below. The content I want to edit is the block on the right with the worship times, etc.

It looks like you’re using the karuna theme and may have used the Contact Info & Map block to display the worship times.
Navigate to: Appearance>Customize>Widgets>Sidebar
You should be able to edit the content from there.
