how to edit blog banner to add a quotation?

    As usual, the help files are useless, and so is forum search. When I typed in “edit banner” and searched, all I got was unrelated garbage. I can’t be the only WordPress member who has ever wanted to add a quote to his banner, can I? Please let me know how.

    Either use a theme with a custom header and put it in the image you use, or put it at Dashboard->Settings->General in the Tagline and use a theme that displays a tagline.
