How to edit body colour and remove wordpress footer

  Hi There just need some help in editing the body colour of my site i dont really like the template theme colour and any tips on how to remove the footer where it has leave reply and the theme note ?

  If you remove the “Blog at WordPress.com” and the theme credit, your blog will be suspended.

  what if i purchase the domain i havent done this yet as i am not 100% sure if i want to go through wordpress yet i am just trailing at the moment

  There is nothing you can purchase that changes that. Even CNN, who pays tens of thousands of dollars a year for their blogs, has to show the footer.

  If you host your own site on a third party hosting service using the WordPress.org software, you can remove the footer credits on most themes (some theme designers may require you to pay a fee to do that).
