How to edit columns 2 – 4 in Fjords4 theme

Those are sidebar columns. You add things to them by going to design > widgets. You can select which sidebar you want to work on from the pulldown list at the top and then clicking “show”. You can then add and change widgets as you wish.
Images and such that you want to add, such as the facebook stuff will have to be added via text widgets.
Search the FAQ for “text widget” and it will bring up a bunch of FAQ’s on how to work with them and enter text, images and such into them.
