How to edit custom.css

  I’m trying Fix an WordPress that needs more detailed CSS.

  The site is http://thinkchangegrow.com and in the header is

  <link rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’ href=’http://thinkchangegrow.com/wp-content/themes/thinkgrow/css/custom.css’>

  This contains the CSS I want to edit but cannot find anywhere to edit it in the wordpress dashboard?

  It is hosted on wordpress.org

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are using a version of WordPress supported in the forums at http://Wordpress.org/support.

  Your use of custom CSS will differ a bit from our version.
