It is not possible at all for bloggers to access and edit any HTML or PHP in the templates underlying our themes on any wordpress.COM blog regardless of upgrades. That’s because every blog wearing the same theme is using the same underlying template.

But I’ve seen many customized blogs in wordpress. What they do?
Ok then tell me this… I’ve tried to add a font from googleapis and import it into the css code (eg. @import url(‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto:400,300,300italic,100’);
For some reason I can’t use the font. I tried using developers tools to add link as a link to the head section and it worked. But why it doesn’t work when I add it into the css stylesheet? -
Provded you have purchased either the Business or the Premium upgrade that allow for limited CSS editing that does not include editing any HTML or PHP, and are not confusing WordPress.COM hosted blogs with WordPress.ORG software installs then you can use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can create a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need with CSS editing.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
To get web hosting go to http://wordpress.ORG/hosting if you want to set up your own wordpress.ORG software install and edit HTML and PHP. Then if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -

Guys .. another issue… I am very dissapointed.. how can I access my dashboard? What these things are so difficult?
-
The Admin dashboard link for every wordpress.COM hosted blog is:
http://NAME_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

But I am a fellow ADMIN in the blog. What’s the point of being a fellow ADMIN if I can’t have access to the dashboard ?
-
The recommendation is for one IE. a single Admin and that’s clearly stated here https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
You need to contact that actual blog owners to proceed. Either the blog’s actual owner does what’s required or they login and transfer the blog to your username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

what’s IE stands for? Also the actual blog’s owner send me an invitation through wordpress .. “*****…has invited you to administer . As an administrator you will be able to do anything. Nothing is off-limits. Don’t let the power go to your head!”
So I don’t understand what’s all this about!! Allowing people to add fellow administrators and saying “Nothing is off-limits” only to find out that you allow only one admin with access to the dashboard? So the mail that was sent to me by wordpress it’s illegal or something? It says “Nothing is off-limits”. And I don’t have access to dashboard. -
IE. or ie. is from Latin i.e., an abbreviation of id est (“it is”).
We use it to express that is.

It’s my opinion that contacting the person who registered the site and getting them to do what has to bed done or to trranfer it to your account will probably take less time.

Hi there,
To access your site’s dashboard, you can either head to the My Sites section at https://wordpress.com/ or go to the site’s WP Admin dashboard:
https://drmetrix.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
As timethief mentioned, it isn’t possible to edit the html or php code on WordPress.com sites. You mentioned wanting to use a custom font on your site — on WordPress.com, you can add custom fonts in your site’s Customizer, in the Fonts section there.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about that!
