How to Edit HTML in Page Editor?
-
I am entering content in the Page editor for my About page. I see tabs for Visual Editing and Text, but to my surprise the Text mode does NOT show me the detailed HTML on the page. Is there a way to edit the page as raw HTML, at least the content part of the HTML?
What’s even weirder is that I was able to paste in and <IMG> tags in the Text editor, and those work. This creates a really bizarre mixture of text without markup language and other text that is HTML markup. I want to see all HTML or no HTML, not have some of the page be HTML and some of it have implied (invisible) markup.
What is the right way to insert tags to the page?

It will be public within a week gsave93. There is nothing to see now. I literally just wrote the first draft of an About page yesterday, and I have one post, probably 40% finished.
I think the question I am asking here has nothing to do with my content? I’m making a quite obvious point that in an “HTML” mode it would be desirable to see ALL of the HTML. Instead, WordPress is showing some weird hybrid that only shows you some of the tags in the content.
