How to Edit My NAIHC Home Page

How do I make changes to my home page? My home page is http://hemp4victory.wordpress.com/ but when I’m in the Dashboard and go to Pages to edit, it only lists these three pages:
    1. About NAIHC
    2. Ask Your Question
    3. Q & A Tips
Where do I go to edit the home page?
    Thank you

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

From what I can tell you currently have your front-page to display blog posts. To change that you can go to your Dashboard > Settings > Reading, select to display a static page. Pick what page you would like to be the home page and if you want a blog page that will display posts designate which one it will be.

Any other questions don’t hesitate to ask. :)

Thank you jcasta for your reply. But what I want to do is continue to display the blog posts but edit some things in the heading for the page.

Like what in particular do you want to edit?

I’d like to add some text and add an “Enter your comment here … ” box at the top of the page, above the blog posts and change one of the links in the page header. Isn’t there some place to go to for editing that page, the same way I can edit other pages on my NAIHC site?
    Thank you!

Unfortunately not on .com hosted site. That would require modifying the PHP files for that output for the theme.

Have you looked at possibly using the P2 theme? Might be a little more of what you are looking for. :)

You could make a Post “Sticky” (stays at the top of the Posts all the time) and call it “Enter Your General Comments here” –

Not maybe exactly what you want – but might be close enough

P2 Theme would also do the same thing but it does not look as nice as what you have now and I don’t know if P2 can be touched up

Thank you again jcasta. It looks like I need to go back to square one and learn the basics about themes . . . including learning the difference between PHP files and the P2 theme, all a mystery to me at this point.
I greatly appreciate your helpful answers.

Or put a link at the top of the Sidebar to the same Enter General Comments Post – I do that on my site – not many comments on the Post but it is there for visitors if they want

Thank you auxclass. As part of my remedial study program, I will try those two approaches. But how do I get into the home page to add the link you suggest at the top of the Sidebar?
