how to edit nameservers, I do have a new hosting

  Sir,

  my blog is purchased here at WordPress.com .. how could I edit the nameservers.. I cant find this on my dashboard

  Need assistance as soon as possible.

  It should be under settings > domains or under store > domains assuming that your domain name was purchased here at wordpress.com.

  Where is your new hosting?

  What is the domain name?

  Hi,

  the domain name is soundslikeyou.me. this is pointing it to a blog here.. and I want to point it in to hostgator…

  But there is no “Make Changes to DNS” link under Domains.. I could only see the “Manage your Subscriptions: and Edit DNS.

  Read this section of the support page that you linked to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers .

  There is no “make changes to DNS link under domains. Follow steps 1-7 listed in that support page.

  The main problem is that there is no Domain Administration under “Settings–> Domain”

  You don’t have any domain registrations under your account.

  You’ll need to be logged in as the user who owns the domain in order to work with it.
