How to edit permalink

  I’d like to customize permalinks, but in the ‘settings’ menu, I couldn’t find permalink settings. Only premium users can do that? I would appreciate it if you could give me the directions in Japanese.

  You are not able to edit the permalink structure on WordPress.com. This is a feature only available to self-hosted sites provided through WordPress.org.
