How to edit subtitle of blog?

  Hi, I’m really new to wordpress.. I was just wondering how I could change the words under the blog title that say “just another wordpress.com site” to something else? Is that possible? Do I need to have a certain theme? Thanks! :)

  Go to settings > general in your dashboard and it is under “tagline.”

  And could a moderator remove some of the tags? What is a tag of “of” or “just” or “change”? It just mucks up the tags pages with meaningless stuff.
