How to edit the html tags for an website created.

  Hi,
  I have created an website on WordPress, now I want to edit the html code by adding/removing some tags for the site. I’m not able to find the ‘Editor’ options under ‘Appearance’ drop down as it was displayed earlier.

  This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture. We bloggers cannot access metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Note http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/seo-on-wordpress-com/
