How to edit the left side of my theme?

  Recently I got a new theme called The Eighties Theme, it’s been fun but I don’t know how to change the Menu which shows the Home and About Us. I don’t know if you actually just can’t change these sides at all but it would be really helpful if you can as to how. Thanks!

  Are you trying to change how many things are listed in the menu or change where the menu is placed? (i.e. the menu in the Eighties theme is accessed by clicking the icon with the three bars in at the top left of the site)

  I was wondering if I could move some of the widgets from the right to the left and vice versa. Is that possible?

  Some themes have an option for that built in, and some do not. To find out, you would want to look for a page “Theme Options” page under Appearance in the WP Admin dashboard. If it’s not there, then there is not built in option to make a change like that but you could still do it with some custom CSS which you can add if you have purchased one of the WordPress.com plans. It takes a little extra work to make changes with CSS if you want to take that route, but there is also a whole forum dedicated to CSS here.
