How to edit the original home page??

Ok so I’m new to wordpress. And I have the freshy theme right now. There is an already created home page but I don’t know how to get to it to edit it. I tried making another page called Home but it actually created another one so i have two home pages. Please help.

The “home” page is not a page in a normal sense. It is a dynamically created page for displaying your posts. As you create and publish posts, the new post will show at the top of that page with previous posts in order by date underneath. Once the number of posts reach the “number of posts” per page setting at settings > reading, the older posts will automatically move onto another page. There will be links at the bottom of the post pages to move back through the older posts.
You can change and add widgets to the sidebar by going to appearance > widgets.

Blog title and tagline can be changed at settings > general. Make sure and click “save changes” when done.
