  I am not able to see the page where i can customised my existing website on wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you are using WordPress.ORG for your website(http://kascons.com/) and also, it is hosted outside WordPress.COM.

  This is WordPress.COM, your site cannot be customized from here(Unless you have connected your site to WordPress.COM using Jetpack. In that case just click this link to customize your site: https://wordpress.com/customize/).

  To customize your site, please login to your site dashboard by going here: http://kascons.com/wp-login.php and then go to the Appearance option.

  Both(WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Also, this forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.

  Thanks for your mail, first of all I would like to understand if my website is on wordpress.org why there is an error that the user from this email id doesn’t exist. Secondly why i am able to use the same email id to access my wordpress.com account.

  While going on this link: http://kascons.com/wp-admin/about.php i am getting an error. “Not acceptable”

  Both WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are different products hosted on completely different servers. There’s no connection between them and that’s the reason why you can use the same email ID to access WordPress.COM account.

  If you do not remember the credentials for the WordPress.ORG dashboard, then i would recommend that you contact your site admin(if you have one) or directly post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
