How to edit widgets?
-
With the new(ish) dashboard change for WordPress, I can no longer find a way to edit the widgets I have on the side of my site. I want to add something new in Text Box 2 (I think it’s called “Stats” on my site) but I cannot find for the life of me a way to access these icons.
Help?
Thanks in advance.

If you click on “edit” for the widget at appearance > widgets you can add a title to the text widget.

Yes, I’ve noticed that before, thank you. But isn’t there any other way? I can’t squeeze a description of the feed in that little space. Isn’t there some html to insert text inside the frame where the RSS posts appear? It would be very helpful.

Nope, the feed you cannot edit, nor can you edit the widget itself. We don’t have access to the underlying wordpress or theme files.
