how to email blog

    I have a blog that I would like to send to a select group of emails. How do I add them to a “mailing list” so I they will be notified when there are new posts on the site?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can’t add followers to your site in that way; to add followers to your blog, they will need to visit the site, and click on the “Follow” button that is visible on the site.

    If you want to call extra attention to your subscriptions (to encourage people to follow you) you can email them and ask them to follow your blog, and you can also add the Follow Blog Widget to your sidebar for even more visibility.

    You may also be able to use the RSS feed built in to your blog, along with a third party email service (Mailchimp does this I think) to create a campaign similar to what you are looking for.

    However, you would need to do your own research as to what services would support RSS powered email campaigns, as I have no familiarity with those services.
