How to embed actual video clip from news channel demo?

  I did cooking demo on local news channel. They gave me their code to “embed” the video onto my blog. How do I do this? When i put in the code (HTML i guess?) it just pastes the link/URL to their site. I would like the actual video to be a blog post. Thank so much.

  Depending on where the video is hosted, you may be able to simply copy and paste the HTML code they’ve given you into your HTML editor:
