how to embed an external "iframe" video?

  I have been trying to embed some videos from other websites throught their iframe code, but it simply doesnt work, apparently I need a plugin to do this, and found this tutorial video:

  but I simply cannot find how to install the plugin!
  Where is the option?

  How can I embed iframe content, this is driving me crazy!

  We cannot allow iFrames for security reasons.

  At this time, we can only support videos embedded from the providers listed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
