How to embed anything

  Hello
  I have a sharebeast with uploads that I have that I would like to embed in a post? I’m not understanding the html part of everything and it’s gotten quite frustrating. I have a regular wordpress, no upgrades, and the theme is Structure. This is the embed code below:

  Can someone explain why it’s not working?

  iframes do not work on WordPress.com. They have been stripped out for security reasons.
