  How do I embed MSNBC videos in my blogposts?

  You will have to use teh Vodpod button, which you can get on Vodpod.com. That will let you post all kinds of videos to your WP.com blog.

  Is it possible to embed from Vodpod via a [vodpod=…] style URL instead of using their widget? I’d prefer to edit the post on Wordpad.com.

  Forget it. You can click the “send to my editor” button to load the post up in WordPress.com’s post editor.

  Yes you can embed with VodPod. There are two options when you grab a video: post to your Pod or post to your blog.
