how to embed mulitple photos in one post

I’m trying to figure out how to show several photos in the same post, without having them show up as a slide show. can someone help me out? Thx!

@hunterbraum, if you are talking about this blog, http://huntersperch.wordpress.com/ , then you either insert the images one at a time at the size and with the alignment you want, or use the gallery as timethief has indicated.

Your blog would benefit from inserting 1-2 additional photos.
I do alot of embedding photos with blog posts..especially when the post is kind of long. Got to try tactics to keep the reader’s interest.
It’s just reality. …when there’s Twitter, FB and thousands of other blogs, websites to distract readers.
