How to embed something into my post?

  Please help me work it out. I want to post an album from PictureTrail, wow, sorry I don’t know how to describe…I was given the posting code (

  I’m sorry but you cannot post this on your blog because wordpress.com programming strips out all flash embeds, javascript embeds, iframes, etc. for security reasons. Please confirm this with the FAQs http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/can-i-add-flash-video-embed-other-media/
