How to embed video Need help

  So basically I have a hosted wordpress site through bluehost. I can upload my videos and mp3s to the server. But I cannot figure out how to play them on my wordpress site. The video and audio tags don’t seem to work unless I am doing it wrong. Could someone help me out with this?

  IF your site is at Bluehost, you have to get your answers from WordPress.ORG instead. our answers here won’t apply to you.
