How to enable adsense for wordpress.com users

  I am running a blog on a free plan on wordpress currently. I plan to upgrade to a premium plan with my own custom domain . Will I be able to get the Google adsense plugins after I upgrade to a premium plan ? If not then what should I exactly do to enable google adsense ? I do not want to use wordpress.org and fall into the technical stuff myself like self hosting etc.

  Can I buy a domain from third party sites like GoDaddy and then add it to my current wordpress site under the Add third party domain ?? Will this enable me to use the google adsense plugin ?
