Hi there,
The Custom Design upgrade includes custom fonts, colors, and CSS. You can read more about each of those features at these links:
Using those features, you can customize the font colors on your blog. To customize your blog, you can go to Appearance > Customize in your dashboard. Click on the Colors, Fonts, and CSS sections in the customizer to make changes to your site.
If the colors you want to use for the fonts on your blog aren’t built in to the custom color options for your theme, you can use custom CSS to change the font color. We have more information about using custom CSS here:
If you’d like additional help with the CSS needed to change your blog’s font colors, you can get CSS support from both staff and volunteers in the CSS Customization forum here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customizationWhen you create a CSS-related help request, please make sure to select or link to the WordPress.com blog you’re working on and include a clear description of the change you’re trying to make. It really helps.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
