How to enable comment only for Admin

  I want to enable comment only for admin and other registered user should not comment on any post.

  Disable all comments on posts in the Discussion module under the post. Then, when you want to make a comment, edit the post and re-enable it. Then comment, then edit the post again and disable it. I’m not sure if this will cause your comment to disappear, but it’s the only way I know of to do it.

  Thanks for the reply.
  But I will have many posts and doing same thing again will not work so I was looking for something permanent or some plugin or anything else. I have tried role editors also.
  any code by which we can validate in comment.php that check if logged in user is Admin or not,if Admin Yes the show comment form else not.
  I have this idea may it will work or not.
