how to enable comments on my new post?

  how to enable comments – I tried to enable comments under Discussion, but on the new post, ‘What’s in a Name’, it still says “comments off” right next to the title.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can Edit the post and discussion options should be below the Edit Post box on that page.
