How to enable comments on my website using a purchased theme?

How do I enable the comment section on my website? I am using a purchased theme from bluchic (“Isabelle”: http://www.bluchic.com/shop/wordpress-themes/isabelle-theme). I am completely new at this and I read some place I had to find some css and use a special coding… I don’t know how and where and what this is lol. Thank you so much for your help..
