How to enable Google translate widget on top of the page

I enabled Google translate widget on my page but I can only add it to the sidebar area. Any method to put it in the primary menu or header area since the side menu goes to the bottom of the site on mobile version?
Thank you.

Widgets cannot be placed in the menu items. See this support document to know more about widgets: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/. Menu items work differently from widgets. Here is the support document for custom menus: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/.
Hope this helps! :)

So there is no other way to make Google translate user friendly on mobile version?

Hi there,
So there is no other way to make Google translate user friendly on mobile version?
There are two ways to do this. You can choose either of them.
1st Method: Using custom menu, you can add a custom link and direct your audience to Google translate.
Example: Visit My Site -> Customize (button next to Theme in the left panel of your Dashboard) -> Menus -> Primary -> Add Items -> Custom Links.
Now in ‘Link Text’, write ‘View this site in English’ and in URL, write this link: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fkonstanza514.wordpress.com%2F. Click Add Menu button and publish the changes.
By doing this, whenever your audience will click the menu item, ‘View this site in English’, they will be directed to the Google translate and see the English version of your site. Likewise you can choose any language, create a link for it in Google translate and add it as custom link on your site.
2nd Method: Buy a Premium/Business plan and using CSS, you can change the position of Google translate widget. Please remember users get access to CSS editor in Premium/Business plan only.
Hope this helps! :)
