How to enable hyphenation?

  I have a Personal account, using the ‘Cols’ theme. There is apparently no hyphenation capability. Is this theme-dependent? Every question here is on how to turn off auto-hyphenation, so I’m probably missing something.

  The blog I need help with is “scorpiomorte.com”. You can see that the text there is not automatically hyphenating. Do I need to enter codes or somehow enable that?
