how to enable slider in oxygen theme?

  Hi,
  i’m a worpress.com user from israel.
  i installed your beautiful oxygen theme.
  sadly, my web site isn’t presenting the slider in the home page :(
  here is the link to my site:

  i thought maybe the problem is because i’m using wordpress.com, or maybe because it’s in hebrew, but my friend is using the same theme, and he has the slider in his web site:

  i would love assistance in this matter – how to enable the slider in the home page.
